In order to maintain and improve our customer service, and for quality assurance, we reserve the right to monitor and/or record incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
There are NO minimum orders. We will gladly accept any size order of in-stock merchandise. Back-orders are processed in the order they are received. Back orders could incur separate shipping charges.
Special orders are available. Need something custom? Then we are here to help. We will gladly manufacturer an item that we do not feature in our collection. All special orders are billed separately. Special order items are non-refundable.
All orders usually ship within one day if the goods are in-stock. However, please allow two or three business days for your order to ship. FREE SHIPPING (Standard Ground Service) on all orders of $25 or more.
Your satisfaction is important to DREAM & FUN® Home Décor. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase. Claims are to be within 14 Calendar Days of merchandise delivery. Merchandise must also be in its original packaging and include your Packing List/Proof of Purchase for a refund. No returns on custom orders or merchandise that has been used. All shipping charges for returns are at your expense. Unclaimed shipments, or those returned due to customer error, are subject to all shipping charges. We recommend that you use a shipment method which can be tracked. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to shipping your return. All prices reflected are full retail. Prices for payment other than full retail are calculated at checkout by using a valid discount code or your assigned retail account number. Prices are subject to change without notice. Customers will be charged prices in effect at the time order is submitted. Inquire about volume pricing.

Our brands have a reputation for high quality and value. As a retailer offering our merchandise, you agree to ensure the integrity of the brands, and adhere to standards of consistency in your sales and marketing efforts. The decoration of any merchandise with the marks, names and logos of any professional, collegiate institution or brand is prohibited without proof of a current licensing agreement.
